    •    Payment is securely processed at the time of ordering through third-party payment gateways (e.g., card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store full card details.
    •    It is your responsibility to ensure that order and contact details (name, address, phone, email) are accurate. Incorrect details may result in failed or delayed delivery, and no refund will be offered in such cases.
    •    We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
    •    Orders may not be cancelled once accepted by the store.
    •    Refunds are issued solely at the store’s discretion and only in the event of a valid complaint (e.g., failed order, incorrect items).
    •    All refund requests must be directed to the store. Real Tec is not responsible for resolving order disputes.


4. Delivery & Collection
    •    Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak hours or due to external factors.
    •    If you fail to receive the delivery due to incorrect address details or no response at the door, no refund will be issued.
    •    For collection orders, please arrive on time and provide your order reference.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information
    •    Allergen and ingredient information is provided by the store. If you have any allergy or dietary concerns, you must contact the store directly before placing your order.
    •    The Platform accepts no responsibility for inaccurate allergen or dietary information.

6. Use of the Platform

By using the Platform, you agree that:

    •    You will not provide false information or use another person’s identity.
    •    You will not place speculative or fraudulent orders.

    •    We are not liable for:
    •    Any indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost income or inconvenience)

    •    Downtime due to network, power, or third-party service outages
